  1. Hi, I am trying to create a Workflow that completes a stage in a custom process. I have a Process for Sales Cycle that indicates the stage of a Sale for a Lead: I wanted to create a Workflow that will complete the Process Stage: Close when a Leads Sales Stage is updated to Lost. However, when I update the record, the trigger fails with the message following the Workflow steps below: I have tried the Workflow both with the Start Process Stage step (as i see no other way for the Complete Process Stage to know what stage it refers to) and get the error below: Does anyone know how I w
  2. Hi guys, I am working on the Quotes modules and realized you cant activate a Process for any records in the Quotes module. Any reason why? I have quotes that need to have follow a process which I can create X2Flow's for to create accounting actions etc for users and chage the state of the quotes through a process. Any idea how or why this is. Thanks Eugene
  3. Hi guys, a really useful function on both Process and X2Flow list views would be the ability to filter and sort on the column heading. Process are only available in their order of creation. No sorting and no filtering.X2Flow you can sort but not filter. When working with many records as we do, its a mission to find your process or your flow. Thanks Eugene
  4. Hi guys, currently a process is linked to a module via the Record type option. Yet the processes are all still visible in all modules. This makes it not very user friendly as users have to 'remember' which process fits where. We are using naming convention to help users. However other functions such as macro triggering and doc are only visible for the module they are typed to. Makes sense. Is it possible to make Processes only visible in their Record type module? Thanks Eugene

  6. Hi guys, is it possible to change the font size and/or alignment of a process in a widget view? Our stages use very descriptive names which tend to be wider than the pipeline filter image. Creating a very messy workflow. Any suggestions? Thanks Eugene
  7. I was wondering if it was possible to include the name of the enterprise next to the contact name in each stage of the process. Is it possible to customize, what appears in each box? Thanks

  9. When using Process I can see all sales reps activity. When I select to filter by user nothing shows. When I look in the grid for all users I see Assigned To value has been filled in. X2Engine 5.0.4 Platinum Edition Regards,Glenn
  10. Just started to play with Process and it appears very, very powerful and easy to use. One question is how do I get reports on closed processes and tie that to sales stage? For example, would want to know how many at each stage of the process were lost vs won for each sales rep. Regards, Glenn
  11. Is there a limit to the number of processes one can add to X2?
  12. Hello, We are running the Community version of X2 CRM. I have created a number of Processes/Workflows as Admin and can assign them to contacts. However when I log in as a user the process/workflows are not visible to the user when working on the contact. The only option with Roles is the default setting of "Anyone" which I presume should make it available to all users. Can anyone make any suggestions as to how I might address this issue? Thanks, Vincent
