  1. I'm hosting an x2crm on namecheap shared server hosting. Unless the cpanel php is set to version 5.6 or thereabouts x2crm wont run. X2crm wont run when cpanel php is set to latest version. I want to set PHP to the latest for hosting other apps, including wordpress.     Email seems to be a missing and or problem x2 feature, without any basic support including in this forum. To get an IMAP configuration working I trial and error tried different combinations of configuration settings. I gave up on email integration, even when I did get an IMAP configuration setup so that emails were showing up in the email module, the integration of emails with contact records didn't seem to work in a sensible way, emails were missing against contacts, etc. Now, if I try to configure My Inbox the X2 app tells me no configuration exists, but won't let me setup a new email
  10. How to set default assignment to the user creating the contact and/or a group, rather than just to a sole crm wide default? On my X2 assignment default must be set to an existing user or group, and that default is for every user - so, for example, if a user creates a contact without changing the default assignment they cannot see the contact they just created because it is not assigned to them...

  13. The failed send email messages may relate to the hostname being webcloud29.au.syrahost.com while the email address domain is different as graeme@aagents.biz. I have been unable to work out how to match the same domain authentication security and validation settings from the email provided instructions below, due to the unclear x2 setup instructions below, but i did luckily find a not same domain name combination that authenticated..   14. How to get emails associated with the contacts they are sent to? and/or correctly make the INBOX Sent folder as the SENT BOX with sent-to names showing? Emails sent by me to contacts are not associated with those contact records. They are associated with me, the sender, but not the receiver, but only some of them are associated.
