  1. here is some details : In the worflow, the Trigger is 'Tag Added' for the record type Contacts and the tag is SETTISABY_EMAIL1 Then there is an Email Contact.   2. Hi X2Isaiah, Did you find something about this error ? It fires up also when there is just the Trigger 'Tag Added' and behind just an email to a contact So it seems the problems comes from the trigger 'Tag Added' Failure: No tags on the record matched those in the tag trigger criteria.
  3. Hi, I have the same reliably problem with x2flow. On a condition with 'Has Tag' I have sometime (in fact many times) this error : Execute Branch: (Failure: No tags on the record matched those in the tag trigger criteria.) Which is strange because if the record has the tag it must go to the YES branch, and if the record hasn't the tag (then no tags on the record matched those in the tag trigger criteria) it should go to the NO branch instead of raising an error ?

  5. Hi, I'm trying to add a comment via my API. I can connect with my API, search for a contact, but I didn't find (I think I red all internet and the X2 docs) HOW to add a comment to this contact.   6. Hy X2Isaiah, Thanks for your answer. Yes I can see the log. In fact in the Contact view, I can see the changes made by x2flow... BUT the funnel view doesn't seems to update (only when the stages are changed by x2flow - if I change the stage manually, I can view it in the funnel). I think the change of the process stage initiated by the wokflow doesn't impact the funnel view...
  7. Hi, On a contact, if I check manually a process stage as finished, I can see it is counted in the funnel view. My workflow is : Trigger : 'Process Started' with the name of my process and Contacts as 'Associated Record Type' then 'Complete process Stage' with the same name of the process and the first level of my process as stage. then 'Start Process Stage' with the same name of the process and the second level of my process stage When I start this process manually in the contact form, I can see that the first process stage is then close and the second stage is started (the workflow seem

  9. Hi Eugeneb, Did you find a way to list contact from an account ? I try to put tags on contacts listed in an account, from the x2 worflow (I start with a trigger on an account)... But I didn't find how to list contacts from an account...
  10. Hi, I created a report (rows & columns) based on the primary record type ACTIONS My goal is to be able to see the quantity of calls done by each assignee. Conditions for the records : Action type equals call Columns : Create Date + Assigned To + Action type When I try to add a chart : in the window 'activyti chart', I select : - the create date for the DATES field of the chart - the assigned to for the GROUPS field of the chart - the action type for the AGGREGATE VALUE field of the chart Result : An empty chart !   12. I am trying to init a Workflow as soon as one of my contact open an email. Those contacts received email from different Marketing Campaign I send with X2Crm I use the 'Email Opened' Trigger, but it doesn't seems to 'trigger' (no new trigger on triggers logs) Thus, when I use the trigger Campaign Email Opened, the trigger show up (but failed as the name of the campaign isn't the good one). Do you know how I can init a trigger when one contact (which can have received several email from diffrent mailing campaign) open its email ? Best Regard's
