From our wiki page on our API (http://wiki.x2crm.co...T_API_Reference), this the explanation behind that error code:

Unprocessable entity. This always indicates a data validation error when attempting to set fields of and save an active record model. The client is expected to resolve these issues and resubmit the data with all of the fields formatted in such a way that it is acceptable.


It seems that one or more of the fields you have for the record you are trying to create has data that is not formatted as expected. I would take a look at any custom fields in the admin panel under X2Studio Customization Tools > Manage Fields and make sure that all of the fields for your record have data that conform to the format you specified, assuming you have custom fields for the active record model you are trying to create. If not custom, if you have MySQL access for the app, check the table for the datatypes expected for the fields of that model. Let me know if you have further issues resolving this error code.

I have banned those spammers. We are currently looking into implementing a better CAPTCHA system to prevent these from happening.

That depends. If you know there are records in your import that already exist in X2 and just want to update their information instead of having a duplicate, then checking the Update Records box will mean you update your existing record with the import if it matches on a specific attribute. Of course if you do this, you want to make sure that you match records on some kind of unique attribute (email is usually a good one) so that you ensure you update the record you want. And if the import doesn't match any, it will import as a new record. If you just want to import all the records and not mess with any of the existing, then it would be better to leave it unchecked. And if later you want to get rid of any duplicates, you can always use the mass merge tool in the admin panel to remove duplicates.

Are you using a Change Record action within your workflow to transition from a "tenant" to a contact? If possible, could you dm me the workflow itself and I can take a closer look at it?
