In Topic: Version custom module view error

08 April 2019 - 09:23 AM

No Problem vijayviswa!

It does sound like a default issue. When count() is being used it is expecting an array() or an object that is countable. "Null" in this case would not be countable. My suggestion is what ever you are using to count() change the default value in the SQL database to something countable. For example numbers like 0 or 1 :)

The reason why this error started to occur is because from PHP7.2 they decided to deprecate count() to not return a 0 but an error for non-countable types.

7.2.0 count() will now yield a warning on invalid countable types passed to the array_or_countable parameter.

Hope this helps!!

Hi vijayviswa!

The issue here could be because one of the fields you are basing your formula off of could be "null" when calculating. The formula will not work if ex) A + B = C, and B is Null.

Some fixes you can make would be to make the default value something else other than "null"!

In Topic: What actually happens with a Duplicate Merge?

01 April 2019 - 09:51 AM

Hi eugeneb sorry for the late response!

Doing duplicate merge in SQL is alot harder via RAW SQL as far as I know. What happens in the background is hard to tell without what commands you are trying to run. Is there a specific query you were thinking of running?

In Topic: minor bug on uploading logo

03 January 2019 - 04:17 PM

Hi! There is a good article why it's not good to have mixed contents:

However new browsers also block this, so if you use a new version of Firefox or Chrome that might also be the reason. Seeing from the attached picture it looks like the browser itself is blocking you from uploading images from un-secure sites. Maybe you can change the browser settings to allow for this and if you are still not allowed to upload the image please let us know :)

In Topic: Lead edit view - can't save comments, actions or call log as normal user

Hi bbones666! I'm not able to pinpoint what the error might be but could you have permissions enabled for leads where non-admins are not able to save or edit leads? You might want to check permissions just make sure that they aren't effecting who can edit and what not. :)

If there continues to be errors let me know.

*If you go to ADMIN -> User Management there is a whole list of options you can go through to edit permissions. :) Hopefully this helps!!
