Slack hangout ?

Just wondering : Is there a place, on Slack or elsewhere, where X2 users hang out ?

Would be nice meeting you more directly.

Identifying accounts without contacts

13 May 2018 - 01:11 PM

I have a couple of accounts where I don't yet have any contact person. I have entered them to pitch them later, but now I can't seem to find a way to identify them. I somehow overlooked that there isn't a "List" feature for accounts.

On a similar sheet : I have entered the company email address (often info@... or office@...) with the idea to send pitch emails. I guess these are useless as well? Or someone has some clever idea to bring them over into a campaign?

Thanks much,

Dynamic list on dropdown field

05 May 2018 - 04:37 AM

Guys, trying to understand the logic : I have a multi-select dropdown-field that contains the product range. Now I want to create a dynamic list with all contacts having a certain value.

The only way I found this to work is to invert the condition. Is that expected behaviour ?

In the screen-capture attached, the dyn-list has all "objets" contacts, contrary to what the condition says. Or ?

[solved] CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error...

05 May 2018 - 01:46 AM

While trying to change the form layout for the mobile x2 client I ran into this error :

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1364 Field `version` doesn't have a default value

Checking the database schema, I assume that there is some slight error : `version` has "NOT NULL" where I believe it should be "DEFAULT NULL".

So here is my "fix" - maybe someone can confirm. At least, it works for me (it seems) :

Run this against the database :

ALTER TABLE `x2_form_layouts` CHANGE `version` `version` varchar(250) DEFAULT NULL;
ALTER TABLE `x2_mobile_layouts` CHANGE `version` `version` varchar(16) DEFAULT NULL;

Bugtracker has this mentioned here, I think :  http://x2software.co...bugReports/7259

Display account information on contact form ?

03 May 2018 - 01:00 AM

Good morning!

I would want to display some (custom) fields from the Account in a Contact form. To explain, I keep Facebook and Instagram urls on account level, because I consider this company stuff, not personal stuff of the contact.

Instead of visiting the account page to click the fb or ig link, I'd like to see these on the contact page.

Is that possible? I checked the form editor, but there aren't any fields from other modules. I am on 6.9.3 if that matters.

Thanks a ton,
