Posted by X2Isaiah on 31 January 2018 - 05:31 PM

Instead of {contacts.company}, use {contactName.company}

#14603 process menu pop up down display wrong all workflow create workflow

Posted by X2Isaiah on 24 January 2018 - 10:50 AM

Hey medotron,

Ah, that is because Processes used to be called 'Workflows', and still technically are. We will make the naming scheme more precise in the upcoming versions, thanks for letting us know!

Hey Andrew,

Thanks for recommending this, we have been trying to work on Processes (fix bugs, expand), so this request is very helpful and we will consider this

#14596 Workflow Fatal Error - FIXED

Posted by X2Isaiah on 24 January 2018 - 10:36 AM

Hey poborn,

Do the fresh install of 6.6 again, then update to the newest version, we are still working out the kinks to our new version on Github and Sourceforge, etc.

#14593 Creating Lists - Error 500

Posted by X2Isaiah on 24 January 2018 - 10:16 AM

Hey Attila,

Hm that is strange, try this:

Change line 110 in that CommonControllerBehavior.php from

} else if ($this->_model->id != $id && !empty($id)) {

} else if (isset($this) && $this->_model->id != $id && !empty($id)) {

and see if that fixes it. If not, change it back and we can try something else.

Also, remember when making changes to code, create a custom file for it in the custom directory, as well as backing up your files.

#14591 How can I enable or disable a particular field in a module for particular user?

Posted by X2Isaiah on 24 January 2018 - 09:48 AM

I would suggest creating a separate duplicate role for those that you want to apply this behavior. X2 does not have support for filtering fields by user.

#14545 Unable to install sample data

Posted by X2Isaiah on 08 January 2018 - 10:20 AM

Hey bigbankclub,

One solution I would suggest is to go to the line that error is happening and remove the line of code where the row that is trying to be added is failing. This may be a bug on our end that slipped past us in development. Otherwise, I would advise against using dummy data as if you plan to use the app in the future, without using MySQL the dummy data will be hard to remove later on.

Edit: This actually is fixed in the newest release, we will be updating the Github soon.

Hey Attila,

Thank you for your suggestion, we will take this into consideration as that does pose an issue with the session timer.

#14419 Timezones in Calendar

Posted by X2Isaiah on 12 December 2017 - 11:07 AM

Hey dodicrossanda,

Ah, sorry. I don't mean turning JavaScript on, I meant checking the javascript console while replicating the issue.

Hm, that is interesting. It may be a bug on our end, We can try to replicate it and see if the same thing is happening

#14415 Timezones in Calendar

Posted by X2Isaiah on 11 December 2017 - 11:23 AM

Hey dodicrossanda,

Try submitting the form again, but this time check the javascript console in your browser, and the application.log and error.log in protected/runtime and let me know if any errors are being thrown.

#14404 CSS editor - change font & weight of the font

Posted by X2Isaiah on 07 December 2017 - 01:43 PM

Hey Attila,

Yes, that is correct. This is because we develop using SASS, which we then compile into the CSS files that you see in layout.css. If you want to make edits, I would suggest copy and pasting the CSS files into a CSS prettifier.

The other option would be to install compass onto your instance, make your changes on the SASS files in compass/, then running compass compile from the compass directory. This will compile your SASS files and generate new CSS files in themes/ (of course after backing up your project files)
