How to log/associate emails with their contacts, old emails that were are in the inbox added to X2 but were received before the inbox was added?
http://wiki.x2crm.co...l_Configuration explains how to configure automated email logging, but that seems to cause only new emails to be logged, not older emails that were already received before adding the inbox to X2.
After adding inbox the only way i've found to log old emails is to scroll through inbox 50 email page by 50 email page, selecting all emails on each page and logging the emails
And then, after 4 to 5 pages no emails are displayed, only the following displayed:
- "No results found"
- "Unable to retrieve quota information"
I have to select new emails in the inbox and 'Log emails' for them to be associated to contacts. They aren't auto-logged.
So most of the emails in inboxes are not logged/associated to their contacts...
