Hi there, as of yesterday, we can't log in to our X2Crm installation, found here:

 

http://intercom2.s16....php/site/login

 

It still rejects wrong logins normally and the reset password process works.

 

However correct logins, just lead to a 'web admin' version of the login page, with just a password field, and no username field (see attached).

 

I don't have any knowledge of SSH but do have access to the database (PHPmyadmin) and FTP access, so any suggestion of a resolution using these would be great.

Can you look at your error logs and post what they say? I would also recommend checking the free space on your server, a similar issue has come up when the area where logs are stored has no free space.

I´ve seen you´re using version 6.0.4 - may you want to try an update to version 8?
