Ver 7.0

Scenario - recently moved to new host, everything is working as expected except creating/editing Docs and Email Templates.  (I can send emails just fine).

Error messages:

Doc

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /X2CRM/x2engine/index.php/docs/create on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Email

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /X2CRM/x2engine/index.php/docs/createEmail on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Nothing in the {root}/x2engine/protected/runtime/errors.log

Can someone please tell me what folder/file permissions to look at?

Thank you for contacting us.

As we have checked, there was a ModSecurity rule triggered for your account.

We installed Mod_Security for increasing the security of our servers. It is an Apache module which works as a web application firewall. It blocks known exploits and provides protection from a range of attacks against web applications. Its activity may cause such issues from time to time, when requests sent to the server match with mod_sec rules. Sometimes such requests are false-positive.

We have whitelisted the rule. Please check the issue again on your side and let us know if it still persists.

We are looking forward to a reply from you.
