After following https://www.tmdhosti...l-installation/to install X2CRM-6.9 and database connection successful:

 XInstalling X2CRM
  • Completed: set up core database structure
  • Completed: set up role-based access control (RBAC) permissions system
  • Completed: insert time zone data
  • Error installing module "users". SQL statement "ALTER TABLE `x2_calendar_permissions` ADD CONSTRAI..." failed;HY000,1005,Can't create table `eoptz_x2crm2`.`#sql-7831e_4a89017` (errno: 150 "Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed")

Hello gfl,

 

Without knowing which foreign key constraint is being violated, it will be hard to troubleshoot this. Would you be able to privately message me with the output of the following command (right after trying to install):

 

SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS;

I believe I had this error with cPanel before. If I am remembering correctly it was avoided by changing my PHP version before installing. After the installation I changed it back though without issues.
