I got the requirement error while installing the latest version of crm.

Note the following:
  • The requirements check script could not determine if local files have correct ownership because the "posix" extension is not available.
  • The "mysqldump" and "mysql" command line utilities are unavailable on this system. X2Engine will not be able to automatically make a backup of its database during software updates, or automatically restore its database in the event of a failed update.
  • The "openssl" and "mcrypt" libraries are not available. If any application credentials (i.e. email account passwords) are entered into X2Engine, they will be stored in the database in plain text (without any encryption whatsoever). Thus, if the database is ever compromised, those passwords will be readable by unauthorized parties.
  • imap extension: required but missing. The email manager module requires the IMAP extension to function.
  • ssh2 extension: required but missing. The FileUtil class needs the SSH2 extension to use SSH as a file operation method.

Severity legend: minor major critical

I have attched the screenshot as well

You might have to change the ownership of the webroot so that it's owned by your user and modify the permissions so it's readable, writable and executable by your user and group.

Hello Ist 2020,

Sorry for the delay ...

To get more help, you should tell which OS and Server Version you are running.

Anyway, i experiences the same requirements, so here some remarks :

► (...)  the "posix" extension is not available (check script if local files have correct ownership)
  ‣ Microsoft Windows 10 doesn't support anymore posix. Anyway, usually you can ignore the topic of setting file permissions on Windows.

► The "mysqldump" and "mysql" command line utilities are unavailable on this system. (...)
 ‣  CHECK first via phpinfo () if "mysqldump" is available

► The "openssl" and "mcrypt" libraries are not available. (...)
 ‣  CHECK first via phpinfo () if OpenSSL is enabled.
(Note: mcrypt-extension is abandonware and no more in PHP 7.2)

imap extension

  ‣ not mandatory. may be simply enabled in the php.ini but not safe.

►ssh2 extension: required but missing. (...)
 ‣  CHECK first via phpinfo () if  libssh2 is existing - should be on the OS.
