Hey, happy Friday..


Having email issues using version 6.9.3 and we are using Gmail (GSuite) and emails look like they are being sent but not being delivered. We get this error message that links to this page about Fixed Bounced or Rejected Emails BUT those email addresses do work and have been confirmed from outside X2.




That's one problem. Another major email related problem is we have templates in different folders and it's only showing the contents of one folder as a choice for templates and not any of the other folders. Be it campaign or email contact in workflow.

Sorry to bother you, the issues about templates in different folders is happening to me. Already noticed it happens when I am using admin user, works as far as I know fine with the rest of the users.


It is really frustrating trying to use this without exactly knowing what to expect. I am reaching you beacuse I wanted to know if autocomplete feature is doing its job when you are trying to send an email.


Suppose you have John Doe contacts whose email address is john.doe@gmail.com.


When you are going to send an email, filling the TO field with 'Joh' automatically appears a selector menu with names and emails that matches text typed. resulting To field with john.doe@gmail.com value

Autocomplete in the TO does work within your own configured personal email

Tested in a workflow email, the TO does not autocomplete in the workflow email..

I take it you've enabled "less secure apps" in your GSuite instance and created an app password on the account you're trying to set up?
