Hi

I contacted support and my understanding is that there is no way X2 itself can do regular automatic backup.

How do you manage that? How did you set it so your backup files are created and safe so you can restore your X2 application when needed.

I'll be installing X2 on linux server in a cloud.

Thank you

Radek

Guess you´ve to backup SQL and files by yourself (or I didn´t find the "autobackup" within the last years), but that´s not a big job to dump the database and backup by sFTP.

that's what I understood. What directory or directories I need to backup?

Thank you

FWIW, I use XCloner to backup my website and CRM.  Easy to set up, then add to Chron, and viola automated backup.  easy and reliable.

Hi cimenta,

If you can share your server specs, I may be able to help you with that.

For database backup, I use a script called AutoMySQLBackup which creates daily, weekly, monthly rolling backups for your databases.

Original script here : https://sourceforge....utomysqlbackup/

Has been cloned and enhanced here : https://github.com/s...AutoMySQLBackup
