We are having an issue with a single user getting an Error 500 message immediately after logging in and whenever returning to the homepage, combined with the same user not being able to display any calendar events. Only this user is experiencing these problems and both problems arose simultaneously, leading me to suspect they may be related.
The user can create events, and those events can be viewed by other users. But the user cannot see any events on his own calendar, or on any calendar that he has permission to view (double checked the settings). Google calendar sync is working - if this user creates an event on his X2 calendar, it will appear on his synced Google calendar but it will not be visible on his X2 calendar. Other users can see it, but it does not appear on his own X2 calendar. The calendar display check boxes are checked, and so his calendar and other users' calendars should be displayed. But it is an absolutely blank calendar.
Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
