x2crm Email configuration with MailEnable

We're trying to evaluate X2crm and get the email setup with our onsite mail server (MailEnable)

 

Under a user I can setup the mail connection (SMTP and IMAP) and successfully authenticate it.

 

But when I go to open the Inbox I get the following error:

 

Failed to open IMAP connection. Please check your email configuration and ensure that your email credentials are valid. The error given was:
  • Retrying LOGIN authentication after AUTHENTICATE LOGIN failed - Invalid username or password.
  • Retrying CRAM-MD5 authentication after AUTHENTICATE CRAM-MD5 Failed - Invalid credentials or account disabled.
  • Can not authenticate to IMAP server: AUTHENTICATE CRAM-MD5 Failed - Invalid credentials or account disabled.

 

Any help would be appreciated
