Hi guys.

Having problems uploading files to X2. When the file is sent, the error given is "File is too big (1.47MiB). Max filesize: 0MiB."

Can someone direct me how to correct this?

Thank you.

Usually the upload files size is specified in your php.ini file

Looks like your idea was on the right track. We are using cPanel, so I had to make the changes using Apache4 in WHM. I don't know if PHP7 was causing more problems, but I switched it to PHP5.5 and changed the filesize from 0 to 100M. Running tests now.

I too battled  with PHP7 could not get it to work ....  there is a "requirements.php"  utility  available  on http://www.x2crm.com/download/which checks out your X2 server  quite useful.

So far, the only way to upload documents now that we have configured PHP5.5 is to disable the AV. I have put out another thread addressing that issue.

Once we figure all this out, I suspect we'll be very happy with this product. In fact, we just had a big corporation make an inquiry through our contact page. We were notified through X2. 6 months running a normal contact page and nothing. Less than a week running X2 contact form and we may have a big client.
