Hi guys,

 

How about adding a knowledge base module? I'm looking for a ticketing system for our service team and I'm missing that with X2CRM.

X2CRM does have a Service module that works great as a ticketing system. Hope that helps

Oh yes of course, I have seen and tried that already. I was more looking for a knowledge base accessible by our customers, so we can post tutorials / help sections when needed. Our goal on the long term is to have a customer portal where they can require support from us but can also check FAQs and tutorials before that. Ideally protected by password as our data doesn't have to be public.

That does sound like it would become a useful feature, similar to what we have on X2Community how we have our wiki available. Thank you for your suggestion!

Hi All, 

 

KB within X2CRM will be a nice feature to have. 

 

As a temporary solution, let me share how we have implemented it right now: 

We have a separate password protected KB and we have added a Top Bar Link which redirects our users to the knowledge base. Right now, we are using the API for authentication purposes. However, we are also working on an SSO (Single Sign On) solution so that knowledge base can be accessed without any hassle.
