I have created a date-time field in my contacts module called "Call Back Date". Is there a way to set the default value to "Tomorrow"?

I would do this by using X2Workflow. Select trigger e.g. Record cretated, or updated and set Call back date attribute "={timestamp} + (1*24*60*60)".

Maybe you can add additional checkbox called requires callback and add additional condition control under Record updated trigger "if Callback field checked" set callback date as described above.
