Failed to create a new contact

createnewcontact error support

For some reason , I can't enter certain contact to X2.


"Please fix the following input errors :E - mail " xx@xx.com " has already been taken"


The system says that contact already exists but is not.



How can I solve that?

Maybe the contact / email exists, but it´s hidden?


To remove the emails from hidden contacts you could try a statement like

UPDATE  `x2_contacts` SET  `email` =  NULL WHERE  `visibility` =0;
