Double email being sent via flow process

Hi guys,

 

I am sending emails to contact via automated flow. Normal flows with timing triggers etc. nothing complex.

 

problem is that X2 sends 2 email per shot to a user. Same mail. Going out on seemingly same time stamp. 

 

So the Contacts receives the same mail within seconds of one another.

 

Any advice.

 

Some contact not happy and unsubscribed already.

Hi Eugene,

 

I suspect that the flow was triggered twice. It is less plausible that a single flow execution would send out duplicate emails. Would you mind sending me an export of the problematic flow?

Hi Derek,

 

I changed my Cron schedule to the 'Simple Hourly one" and it hasn't done so again. Must have been something maybe with timing being too close as it was set on 5min intervals.
