Hi guys,

I use Chrome as my default browser. Just now checked my forms in Explorer and it produced a embedded error in the iFrame after submitting.

Basic copy and paste of the iframe displayed error is:

Error Code: 500
Error Message: Undefined index: fingerprint
Stack Trace:  [click to toggle display]
X2Engine Version:  4.3
PHP Version:  5.3.10-1ubuntu3.15

My web forms work on Firefox and Chrome without issues. I tried to see if its Explorer security setting but couldn't find anything specific.

Please advice and what it might be.

On the same page the newsletter signup works fine.

Thanks

Interesting Eugene, thank you for reporting. I've noticed this bug report in the bug queue, and have added conditional code to prevent the exception from being raised. This sounds like it is caused by the fingerprinting script failing to execute. If you get the chance, it would be helpful to see some output from the JavaScript and network tabs of the developer tools when attempting to submit the form.

Hi Raymond,

i have done a HTML page with two forms on. They create the problem in IE. Feel free to fill them in and submit to check out the Inspect Element tabs. i hope it helps
