  1. Hi, My email is configured in X2crm, i can check emails inside the software, but cant get notifications of events(newly assigned to me things) in my mailbox. please help.

I'm sure it's somewhere in documentation - but I have been unable to find where/how I setup an email notification for when a new contact is added to the system and assigned to a person or a Process is started. We have a 3rd party service who is doing telemarketing, entering the contact into the system for us and assigning it to our sales queue - but we'd like to receive a notification when someone adds it so I can ensure things are going at the pace it's being entered and not "batched" up at the end or beginning of the day. Can someone point me to where this is? Thanks
  3. Hi guys, quick question. When I send bulk mails. During the campaign running some of the mails show the following notice: Skipping xxxx@yyyyyyyy.co.za; another concurrent send operation is handling delivery to this address. What does that mean. Is that mail still delivered. Is this part of a queuing procedure? Then after sending the mail, there are always a couple of mails that remain unsent in the campaign and the campaign remains active. I usually have to manually Stop the campaign and the last email I assume remains unsent. Why would this be. I realize sending mails is more comple

  5. Hi guys, is it possible to 'email' system and action notifications to a assignedto user? We have a couple of flows communicating to a contact via email from the system, but the user assigned doesn't know something happened unless they log in, which they dont always do. So the plan is to email them a notification if something happens on a contact assigned to them. Or is it possible to cc a {assignto}.{email} type statement to include them in communication to their contacts even? Thanks Eugene
