  1. Hi guys, I went through all my newsletter forms testing and found they all give the following error: "Could not sign up: There is already an active transaction" Any suggestions to fix? Thanks Eugene
  2. Hi guys, when doing a newsletter you can clearly see who will be receiving and who unsubscribed before selecting "EMail Entire List". However the tick boxes next to the contact name on the newsletter is inactive and thus you cannot select or un-select a newsletter subscriber before eMailing Entire List. I realize to subscribe to a newsletter is easy enough by supplying your email via the web form, but how can I unsubscribe a user from my admin point of view if I don't want them on the mailing list for a newsletter. Hi guys, when I create a newsletter with some contacts in my DB and others 'phantom' guys that subscribed via the online web-form to the letter, I need to see all recipients at different stages of the newsletter. Whilst creating the newsletter before selecting "Email Entire List' it does show all the recipient. In other word the people in my DB as contacts as well as the web subscribers. However, after creating and saving the newsletter, if you select your newsletter from the list and view the recipients at the bottom, it only shows the contacts in your DB and NOT the web subscribers.

  6. Hi, Thanks for all your hard work - I continue to love the possibilities with X2 I'm on 3.2 and it would be great if, when someone subscribes to a Newsletter, that that information was added to the Activity list for that contact. All the best, Ray
