  1. Our standard users, other than our admin, are not able to select a mailing list when creating a campaign. We have multiple lists to select from, and it seems that only our web admin is allowed to view and select these lists within the creation of a campaign. Would this be a permissions issue or something else? I am open to suggestions. We need our standard users to have the ability to create and send out campaigns by selecting our created list s.
  2. I'm having a problem where, if I try to launch an email campaign, I get a white screen and "This page isn't working, _____ is currently unable to handle this request, HTTP ERROR 500". What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Hi guys, I very desperately want to know how to use X2CRMs unsubscribe function for email marketing campaigns, but the tutorial video concerning it doesn't appear to be working for me (http://www.x2engine.com/marketing_campaigns_in_x2crm/). Can anyone tell me how to successfully utilise the automated unsubscribe feature for X2CRM mailing lists when I send mass mail-outs?
  5. Hi, I just sent out a marketing campaign - while there were a number of opens reported, not a single click was reported. In investigating, I looked at an email that was returned as undeliverable for the tracking links. Clicking on the links in that email gave me a 404 Error with the message : Error 404The system is unable to find the requested action "click". You have made an invalid request, please do not repeat this. It appears the link in the email was going to /index.php/api ... http://crm.exaget.com/index.php/api/click?uid=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&type=click&url=http%3A%2F%2F

  7. Am I mistaken, or can a campaign only have one email message in it? Suppose I have a marketing campaign (in my company's parlance, not X2) called "End of year special". I would want to be able to send out maybe 4 reminder messages, perhaps a week apart, to the same group of people (excluding any opt-outs during that time, of course). To do that in X2, it seems like I would need 4 separate campaigns (in X2 parlance), one for each mail, that I could either fire off manually each week, or schedule with an X2Flow or our own webservice hookup to X2. Or am I just being obtuse and missing an obviou
  8. I created a custom module, and I would like to do marketing emails to those people. I don't seem to be able to do this because when I create a Marketing Campaign it asks for a Contact List, and those appear to only be for Contacts. Am I not understanding this correctly? Or is this not supported? If not, it would be a real deal killer for me, and that would be a real bummer. Thanks, Brian
  9. Hi guys, our email campaigns sent to lists go out empty. It doesn't embed the template we selected. i am a bit stumped as I test campaigns before hand comprehensively using a Test list with 3 contacts. In this case I also tested with a smaller group of 3 and they show perfectly. Contact settings of assignment and visibility all the same. List settings the same. And using the same template. The mails for the small group shows. But the mail send out to the larger lists don't display (max 50 contacts). It only has the 'Unsubscribe' auto sentence at the bottom. Any ideas.

  11. Hi, This worked perfectly in the version before V 4.3 Now when creating a campaign when you save the email the content goes blank. Before the content field would not show. If you try to send a test email the content goes away. If you go into edit the content appears. If you then hit test email the content appears. The campaign appears to go out even though nothing appears in content, however this is unsettling. Regards, Glenn
  12. Hi guys, I am stuck and hope someone can help. This isnt a bug request, but a solutions suggestion from guys that know the X2 system better. I have worked on it now for weeks so I know fairly well what can be done, and all the brilliant options. But I cant seem to get a solution for my problem. Maybe I'm missing something but when I send out a marketing campaign the email from address and name are from the login account (eg, web admin as the name) rather than the Bulk Email Settings 'Sender name' and 'Sender email address' specified on the Email Server Configuration page. How to I enable the marketing campaigns to use those settings instead?
  14. Hi, Are there any plans on adding the possibility to add tags, or perform other operations to the contacts in a campaign that fullfil certain condition (i.e. opened the email). I believe a good usage scenario would be to tag all contacts that didnt open an email in order to posteriorerly create a new contact list that may receive a special email for such contacts. David
