  1. Hi there, as of yesterday, we can't log in to our X2Crm installation, found here: http://intercom2.s16832948.onlinehome-server.info/x2engine/index.php/site/login It still rejects wrong logins normally and the reset password process works. However correct logins, just lead to a 'web admin' version of the login page, with just a password field, and no username field (see attached). I don't have any knowledge of SSH but do have access to the database (PHPmyadmin) and FTP access, so any suggestion of a resolution using these would be great.
  2. Greetings, the "sign in with google" feature stopped working in our installation. So I wanted to check the settings, guess "google integration" under "system settings" of the admin page (as described here). But it seems, that I´m too blind to see...? May you´re able to advise how to check the settings. Kind regards!
  3. Greetings I want to migrate from our server to another one. So my first step was to make a new installation to test speed on the new server (cloudways on digital ocean) PHP 7.1 MySQL 5.6 Installer was a breeze (all tests OK), but if I want to logon, I got the follwoing error(s). Notice: unserialize(): Unexpected end of serialized data in /home/myserver.cloudwaysapps.com/mypath/public_html/framework/caching/CCache.php on line 108 Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 1 bytes in /home/myserver.cloudwaysapps.com/mypath/public_html/framework/caching/CCache.php on line 108 Notice: u

  5. So i am running the DB off a MySQL server using windows server 2012 & i am trying to install x2engine through a subdomain using IIS 7 that i created however it is not allowing me to pass the installation section & i'm not sure what the problem is. Once i select "click here to log in to X2Engine" it re-directs me straight back to the installation page without any errors. i've attached images so you can see what i'm seeing. Any help would be great.
  6. Hello. I installed x2engine on a web server (I don't have access to the machine, only to the control panel). After installation, the login page is redirected to www.mysite.xx/crm/site/login and displays a 404 message. "crm" i s the installation folder. I searched around and also in the forum. I tried solution abot Yiic framework (such as move or edit .htaccess and the PHP string for loginUrl) but nothing takes effect. Should anyone help me? Thanks.

  8. Occasionally I am getting an odd half screen when I try to use the login screen. Either after hitting the logoff button, or just manually loading up the URL. It happens when using Chrome 31.0.1650.63 m. It sort of looks like I just need to scroll up but there are no scroll bars, and the scroll on the mouse doesn't go that far up. Sometimes a CRTL-F5 will fix it, otherwise I can just press enter to logon to the system, because my username and password are saved... Not a big issue, I just thought I would try and help by sharing what I found. let me knowif you need any more information on
  9. Hello there! I downloaded the last version of x2crm and installed it on Opensuse 13.1 with php 5.4.20-4.1, mariadb 5.5.33-2.2 and apache 2.4.6-6.10. I check and the database was populated. After the installation I can't login, entering the right credentials. I check with the requirements.php script and all the reqs were met. I also check that the session file is created inside the php save path. The thing that is strange is that the x2_sessions table is empty. The user that connects to the db has all the privileges (root). What could be the problem? Checking the apache log I found th
  10. Dear community, I installed X2CRM 3.5.6 on an openSUSE 12.1 with Plesk 11.0.9. The PHP version is 5.3.8. I uploaded the requirement script and it passes all requirements. Yet, I am having serious issues with login / sessions as I do not get past the login screen, despite the fact that I enter the correct credentials. The session file is created in the folder indicated in session.save_path.The lastLogin field on the administrative user's record in the x2_users table is being updated .In the x2_sessions table no record is being created. One thing I noticed is a 302 entry in the log files, sim
  11. can't login. If I write a wrong username or password, the login screen correctly notices it and inform me. If I write the correct account, it returns to the login screen with no message on wrong data. x2engine ver. 3.6.2 - php 5.5.4
  12. Hoping someone can help. Installing on GoDaddy server: Requirement checker says: The path defined in session.save_path () is not writable. Uploading files via the media module will not work.Severity legend: minor major critical All other essential requirements were met.(thought I did create a php_sessions directory and updated the php.ini in the root directory to include a sessions.save_path="/crm/php_sessions". ANYWAY... my real issue is that I cannot get the login screen. my browser redirects to "http://...../crm/index.php/site/login" and says "No input file specified". I'm using
  13. I've tried three clean installs, all were successful, all installs give me the same problem. After the install is complete, it instructs me to login with "admin" and my chosen password, which I do, no problem. While logged in, I can perform all functions inside of X2 without issue. I can even create other user accounts (though I still don't know why it won't let me make other administrators). When I open another browser (such as Chrome) and log in with a newly created user, it works fine and I can log in. But if I log out or close the window, then try to login again, I get the same err
  14. X2engine is perfect. I would like to put out some of my ideas here and I think it would be great if X2developers bring my suggestion into app. Alternate Login : It would be great if we integrate Open-ID or wordpress login to access x2. I'm currently managing many sites running wordpress and it would be great for integration.(Even x2engine.com runs in wordpress) Sms gateway: When ever an action was created and assigned to a user, a sms notification should be sent automatically. It will improve the user experience i hope so. Dashboard: It already has LeadValue & Marketing. A new one t
