  1. What backup solutions would you recommend for X2? If possible, a database solution and a Windows solution. For the database we are using mysqldump, but should we use something else and I am just using a basic configuration for the dump. Any help here would be good. I know MySQL does not have transaction files, but is there something like this that it has? For the Windows solution, I backup solution that lets me just take the entire image somewhere else and get it running without missing a beat. I want to compare the pains and benefits of either direction. Thanks, John

  4. How show we use products list and quotes in the sales process.. ? Is the products - a list of all items & services that we offer .. ? Ideally should it be selected when a quote is being given to a prospect/lead?
