I'm having a problem where, if I try to launch an email campaign, I get a white screen and "This page isn't working, _____ is currently unable to handle this request, HTTP ERROR 500". What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Hello friends. I'm installing my first instance of X2CRM (opensource 6.9) this morning and am getting the following error when I try and add a google account to the CRM through the Manage Apps option under my profile. I have read elsewhere that this should work faultlessly so am wondering what a newbie like me is doing wrong... Hi Two issues - 1) I have multiple users in the system, we get an Error 500 only with one of them when we open reports and then Grid Builder, Rows & Columns or any of the saved reports, all the other reports work correctly. My php version is 7.2 i already installed x2crm version 7.1 on that php version. But every time i got this error. Greetings I want to migrate from our server to another one. The error also shows up when I click on the following tabs: Activity, Contacts, Accounts, Marketing, Leads, Opportunities, and some others. However, some tabs like Admin, Email, Reports do not generate the error when I click on them. What might be the issue here? Thanks in advance for your help! Hi guys, I use Chrome as my default browser. Just now checked my forms in Explorer and it produced a embedded error in the iFrame after submitting. Basic copy and paste of the iframe displayed error is: Error Code: 500Error Message: Undefined index: fingerprintStack Trace: [click to toggle display]X2Engine Version: 4.3PHP Version: 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.15 My web forms work on Firefox and Chrome without issues. I tried to see if its Explorer security setting but couldn't find anything specific. Please advice and what it might be. On the same page the newsletter signup works fine. Thanks
