Hi guys, Can anybody tell why and how to correct the problem with the display of negative amounts in X2 display view? We are importing accounting balances from an external accounting system with credit/debit/balance amounts, where negative amounts are expected for sure but in list view, they are being displayed in brackets. Entry View (the field in edit mode displays the correct way) List view displays in brackets Is there a method to change that? In which system file that could potentially be done? Thank you in advance!
Hi, After sending out a recent mass mail campaign, I have realised that a lot of the contacts have numbers where the names should be. Is there a way I can trace what file this data came from? I want to find out whether the names were replaced in the system, or whether they were like that on the file, before import, because if this is the case, I need to take it up with our data provider. Thanks in advance, Portia.
Guys, I am attempting to set up a Docker container image for x2crm community edition. I've pretty much got it working except for persistent volumes; I can make it work by storing the entire install directory for x2crm in a volume, but this is not ideal. For those of you not familiar with containers, they're considered ephemeral meaning when a container is destroyed / re-created it will lose all data except for that which you store in a volume. So I need to know which specific files / folders are required to remain stateful in order for x2crm to persist settings, notes, uploads, user settin
Hi, Does upgrading to latest X2Crm version using built in automatic updater lose any data and customizations? Is it advisable to upgrade with the host's software installer like softaculous or X2Crm's built in updater? Please let me know the best way to backup in the event any data is lost during upgrade. Also where I can find the release log for the latest version of X2CRM? New here, sorry if this is repeated, please let me know where these questions have already been answered. Kind Regards.
