  1. Hi All, Recently download and install x2crm. it is an awesome tool. While using I am stuck at some point that I am unable to assign contact from all contacts grid view. I am selecting a contact -> click on more -> add action then pop open for add action fill the form and assign to any user then receive msg "action added to one record" but "Assigned to" column not change on the grid and user whom to assign received the notification of "New record assigned to you:" but in contact grid, no contact shown.
