  1. No, but I have written custom connection to X2 with actions and triggers in the past and would be happy to help you with creating one.
  2. X2 has yet to make a public Zapier connection, however I have connected several modules into Zapier using developer mode and am available to help others do the same.
  3. Been a few versions back, but I had a client connected to a regular gmail account and google calendar. I think you can do it.
  4. Duh - already mentioned at the top of this thread, http://community.x2crm.com/topic/3703-known-issues-with-ver-7-upgrade/ sorry.
  5. When I add an attachment to an email being sent from within X2, I get error at top of email when I click send : Property "Admin.maxFileSize" is not defined. /var/www/html/COSA/framework/base/CComponent.php L130 I do not see any settings in Admin to set a max file size. What do I need to change in order to be able to sens attachments?
  6. I'd suggest a workflow to send your data from X2 to a service such as pdffiller. from there, the file can be saved to dropbox, box, drive, etc and then a link or actual file sent as an attachments
  7. Took another look and you can’t surface those fields onto forms anymore. So only other choice is To look at those columns on backend in the database.
  8. unless you added a tag or set a field value when you imported the records, I don't think there is a way to know what file your data came from. You can tell when a record was imported based on time stamp if you know when you processed a particular file...
  9. I have successfully created an X2Flow that makes an API call to Zapier which gets my invoice data from my X2 MySQL database and creates a new invoice in Xero. Not as complex as some of the scenarios above, but it is doable!

  11. In original X2 instance, you can look under admin - customization tools - manage fields - to see a list of all fields added to your system. These would need to be added to new system before import. Also, if you have access to the database on the backend, there are tables called x2_modules and x2_fields. Any row with the column 'custom' where value is 1 are the ones you would need to add back in to your new X2 instance before you can successfully import all your data. As to forms and views, I think you would just need to re-create those after import. Anything not imported successfully would
  12. If you are wanting to know if they were changed AFTER you imported, not during import, you can make the nameId field visible on your form. That field is a combination of Name and Id that is created when the record is created, but does not change if you change the name afterwards.
  13. For first part of question, use attributes Associationid = {id}, AssociationType = services, Association = {name} As to how to delete the previously created record by flow - not sure that's possible within X2.
  14. see other response http://community.x2crm.com/topic/3086-x2-workflow-calendar-events/- working for me, so let me know if more info needed
  15. When you say "Full Name" = "Name" do you mean that you went into the Admin - Manage Fiends and customized the name field of that module and set the attribute label of the field "Name" to "Full Name"? Otherwise they are not one and the same. If you did not do this and go into form editor, you will see a Name field on the right that you can drag onto your form. Drag it on and view in Preview mode and you will see it has *, indicating required field.
