  5. We are using JWT for SSO between our primary auth. system and a couple of side PHP apps, and one Java app. We're storing the JWT in browser LocalStorage. Two questions: -Are there any plans for JWT support for Single Sign On to X2CRM? - Is source code available for the mobile apps, because we could like to implement SSO there, too. I am thinking that since the hybrid app architecture is actually HTML and JS, maybe your JS could read the JWT from LocalStorage? That way, we could auth the user on our standard central app on their phone, and they would get access to the mobile app based o

  8. Thanks very much! I think we have enough now to start kicking this around. Architecturally, I like the ideal of just stuffing the JSON in to a single field and using the MySQL functions designed for querying that data. We also need to do some field mapping, and maybe rewrite the form builder tags from crypic radio_123456 to something representative to remove one too many layers from the query building logic.... But, at least I shouldn't have to modify the schema every time I add a field to a form.

  10. Of course! Fundamentally, CRM is about customers/Accounts, contacts/people, Quotes, and Invoices, which are also the core of business. You can set appointments or cases and allow workers to track time on those cases. There are, though, more specific vertical market products like Jobber.
  11. I have a pretty good web form creator, conditional logic, etc. I would like to issue customer surveys from X2CRM in a way that I can carry an identifier into a clickable email link that will let me associate the responses with X2CRM objects. I am thinking that I would create a module with only a few fields, one of them being the JSON text of the submitted form data, since there are some MySQL functions to allow querying this. I am looking for suggestions before embarking...
  12. How exactly? I created a role that has Admin capability on some modules, and assigned the user, but he still doesn't have the Import link on the module screens. Can only System Admins do import? That would be pretty limiting.
  13. X2Flow doesn't appear to offer a Wait Until Condition is True function. An example use case is where a (bulding-type) permit application includes a contractor who doesn't have a current license. Until that's fixed, the application should wait, but once it's fixed, the application should move to the next step.
  14. In the 2016 Roadmap announcement, Windows Server was mentioned. I see that WAMPServer is now listed as the preferred way to install on Windows? Looks like this has been the recommendation for some time : http://x2community.com/topic/266-guide-for-setting-up-x2engine-on-windows-7/ Will this likely continue to be the case, or is there a plan to extend support to IIS and/or SQL Server?
  15. I just thought of this, so I haven't researched it yet, but wanted to start a thread: I will need to check the details of an X2 Workflow in order to properly configure my E-Commerce application. For example, if there is no Approval step in the Flow, that means Approval is automatic, and I will collect payment. Some of these settings could be handled in configurations/settings, but since there will probably be a flow for each product or small group thereof, it would be cleaner if a change in the Workflow could automatically reconfigure the checkout process. Of course, the custom logic has
