demitri, Thanks for the reply. I have tried that, even the users posted it cant see their own attachments, only an admin can see it. Also, users can only see it in Media module.Kind of strange here. Could it be settings glitch? What other possible things can I check?

Need a help on this issue on Opportunity and Service module. When users attach files/photos, the files are not visible at all by users, only the admin can see the attachments.
