  4. I'm having a problem where, if I try to launch an email campaign, I get a white screen and "This page isn't working, _____ is currently unable to handle this request, HTTP ERROR 500". What can I do to fix this? Thanks.
  5. Hi Clifton, Thanks very much for your response. I do have several workflows that blacklist certain email extensions upon contact creation. We've been using these since we started using X2 a year or so ago, though, and never had problems with them before.The batch size is 25.I have tried this; I've also tried importing data from a different source, both of which fail to begin importing.We're having trouble accessing this through the Terminal. Any advice on that front?
  6. I am having a problem with X2 recently, which has left me unable to import new contacts.   8. How can I make a list out of the contacts who opened a particular email?
  9. Hi, I have recenty come back to X2 after not using it for a while and have been having some problems. I frequently import data, but want each import to be segregated into it's own list. The logical way to do this is to either add an automatic tag in each import and group data by tags, or to set the rules in the list to "Create date equals today". However, I have tried both of these methods to no avail. It seems the rules are just not working. This means contacts from previous imports have made it into multiple lists, and have subsequently been sent duplicate emails. I can't see any pattern t
  10. Hi, I haven't used X2 since around Christmas time. I have now tried to end an email and can neither send a test, nor actual, email. When I try to send a test email, I get a red banner saying "Test email sent could not be sent to [my email address]". When I try to send an actual email, it just displays 0/0, no matter how many contacts are actually in the target list. If anyone has any suggestions on what is causing this, (and can explain it in layman's terms, as I'm not the most tech savvy!) then I'd greatly appreciate it. Kind regards, Portia

  12. All of my contact imports have SIC codes attached to them. I'd like to be able to organise the contacts by SIC code, so I can see all contacts that have the same SIC code ID. Is this possible, and, if so, how? Thanks, Portia.
