While trying to change and further customize some of the existing custom fields I got this error: CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1118 Row size too large.   3. Hi all! Can anyone shed light to why one of my users got an "error code 403" "You are not authorized to perform this action." Basically, she has full permissions as an admin, but is still experiencing this when trying to access certain newly uploaded contact records. I cannot be sure, but seemed to have gotten the complaints from my user after the latest engine version 7.0. Any help would be most appreciated!

  5. Hi folks, one of my workflow trigger logs does not seem to work anymore, it doesn't bring up the little window that shows the log. When I mouse over the log, all I see is a tiny browser status in the bottom left that says "javascript:void(0)" Other workflow trigger logs work except this one. There are 23706 logs so far. What could be wrong?

We have clients who use the "Actions" module extensively to follow up with their contact's activities and find it cumbersome in the "List view" to have to click quite a few times to create a new action just to follow up from a previously completed action. The "complete + new action" button is available in the "full record view" (see screenshot) .Can we have the same button up top in the "List View"? Especially when having to follow up with 50+ actions a day it would save a load of time. . PS: Is there any way to modify the "Priority" Dropdown from Low/Medium/High to 1-10? Right
  7. Following this post, I'm hoping the admins are able to answer this as well. Since I have made a similar "total point value" field in the Quotes module and need the contact's field to regularly update the total of that field every time a new Quote record is created and associated to that contact.
  8. This has been a super helpful thread! I'm just curious, what exactly is a {content} tag? I'm trying to program multiple signatures (for various industries) and have the liberty to insert a chosen signature for a sale email campaign instead of having to constantly copy and paste from Docs.
  9. Isaiah, I'm also trying to modify an existing drop-down field in our Contact's Actions called "Priority" - it currently only has 3 options "Low" "Medium "High. Is there anyway to accomplish that?

I'm a lay-person trying to fix this problem - Created workflow with trigger based on updating a Contact field - yes/no junction - if yes meets field condition, wait for X time - then send email Everything works but it won't send the email. I've verified and tested the email to make sure it actually works within X2 and manually sent myself a test to make sure. All good there. I checked to make sure the contact's email has no typos.
