  1. I am assuming this is happening on older versions that upgrade to 7.0. I have recently upgraded and ran into this issue. It's been a while since my upgrade, but I don't think I have tried to create a new record since the upgrade took place.
  2. EXCELLENT THAT WORKED!! THANK YOU!!! I'm back in business.
  3. I am having this same exact issue... PLEASE HELP

  6. I thought I would re-post this with a better title so that people would know what this is about... I have a new install of version 6.9 and i have been importing records in from my old version 5.0.6. Everything seems to have gone well except for a few minor hitches. Anyway after all of my imports were done, I tried using the search bar at the top right of the screen (and i tried searching for a simple account name), I am receiving this error... this happens on ALL searches: Error Code: 500 Error Message: is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear/Searc
