  1. X2Isaiah, I am not sure I understand the change you are asking me to do. Should I remove the files: BaseX2FlowLocationX2FlowLocationActivityFeedX2FlowLocationTextX2FlowLocationEmailX2FlowLocationNotificationJust delete them?
  2. Here is the list of files - *This is a fresh install using softaculous*
  3. I made a fresh install of x2 6.9 and when I go to the x2flow and try to make a new flow I get this error: Fatal error: Cannot instantiate abstract class BaseX2FlowLocation in /xxxx/xxxxx/public_html/xxxxx.com/xxxx/protected/components/x2flow/X2FlowItem.php on line 245 Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
  4. I have been using siteground and it works like a charm : )
  5. Great - Looking forward to the upcoming release
  6. A workflow split condition should be able to attach to another element of that same workflow this way the same tasks do not need to be duplicated.
  7. How many dev hours did it take you to make this Email Marketing Module? I am looking to make something similar.
  8. Hi, If I have a developer make custom improvements to X2CRM is there a way to share it with the rest of the community or a way to share it with the X2CRM team to maybe add it to the next X2CRM release. Thank you
  9. How can I track the date an email is opened so I can make a report of that data. What I need to do is save the date and time of the email open How do I do this with the workflow? I know this should be very simple but I can't seem to figure it out - I want the date of the field should be the time that the email is opened. UPDATE **** Figured it out 1) made a new field (email open date) 2) made a flow to add date of last activity when an email is opened --
  10. Once more - Thank you for the help with the "Marketing Campaigns:" tip I will put a feature request to about the hiding the other users from one another. Yes, I am trying to put multiple companies as users under the same CRM install. if it doesn't work I may need to resort to having multiple installs of the CRM on my server and that is not ideal.
  11. 1) Thank you - setting records as private solved one of the issues 2) there is still an issue that even after setting that a user can only see Contacts that used can still see all the other tabs and some info like Other users in the system: Marketing Campaigns: Here are my settings:
  12. I am trying to make new users with restricted views and it does not seem to be working. The most important things are for people to only see records assigned to them and they can clearly see all records in the system. Any help or insight would be great *I tested the same things on your trial server and it seems to have the same issue - Thanks in advance.
  13. This is a small simple request... could you please make the cron log open a window that is scrollable - right now it gets very very long and expands the whole page when opened As you can see here it just goes off the page and keeps on going down
  14. Here is how I solved the problem I am using a service to run the cronjob externally and it is working like a charm especially because my hosting provider gives a limit on cron jobs that allow it to only run once every 30 min. So now I am running every minute using setcronjob.com (if you have a better server I can use I am all ears : ) Just thought I would give a follow up if anyone else runs into the same limitations I did.
  15. I totally agree with you regarding the redundancy. Thanks for clearing it up that both do the same job. Yes, I can use the "wait actions in X2Workflow" So it sounds like I am good for now! Thanks again,
  16. Hey, I am running x2crm on Linux server (shared hosting on SiteGround). My Crons are working - I set them up manually in my cpanel - So most things work just fine The only things I can't setup is - Run scheduled X2Engine tasks via web request *If I can't fix this what will I be missing out on ?**
  17. Good to know For now, I think I am in the clear since the SMTP server I am using will do the throttling for me, but when using a host SMTP or Gmail that is not the case and if a there is a batch of emails triggered at the same time that could cause some issues... implementation of such a feature would be amazing ! Thanks once more for the amazing support
  18. Every time I try to enable the "Run scheduled X2Engine tasks via web request" the page just reloads with no change. Here is a video screencast if you want to see the error in action: https://www.screencast.com/t/bHm89UblH When running the local API resolvability test everything looks good. Web request succeeded. Response matched expected content. Conclusion: success! Can run API commands locally from this server to itself. An insight would be a great help
  19. Found it - Will this also throttle email that is triggered using the X2Workflow Automation if the rule triggers 100 emails to be sent out?
  20. I literally spent 30 min with my hosting support team to try to figure out this problem - Looks like you were spot on when it comes to the Grammarly plugin! So I opened it up in a fresh incognito window and it works like a charm! Thanks for the amazing support Problem solved
  21. Hi, I know this sounds like a simple question... How do I setup Macro's - cants seem to find any documentation on this. Thanks,
  22. Hey I am running into a "Request Entity Too Large" error when I try to update ANYTHING on the Email Server Configuration page: Here is the error I get: I spoke with my hosting provider and post limit is set at 50mb as of right now. Still, I am not sure why that would effect saving the settings Any insight would be very helpful.
  23. Found the answer - http://community.x2crm.com/topic/3260-x2crm-gmail-and-less-secure-apps-settings/
  24. Everytime I try to setup a gmail smtp in my CRM I get blocked with an email from Google saying " Review blocked sign-in attempt" Even after I open things up in my account it still does not work, what am I doing wrong? Thank you
