    We released 8.3 last January which contained a few bugfixes, and upgrade to the newest yii1 version as well as compatibility with PHP 8.0.

    We apologize on not making a formal announcement on the forums, we will be having another release in less than a month which will contain some changes to our GMail integration. We will be making an official forum post at this time.

    I believe the issue might be related to the 'media/view/' portion of the media view request:

    Would you be able to PM me the 'Public Info Settings' of your app? You can find these under the 'System Settings' of the admin control panel.

    At the moment this is not possible to at the moment. We have worked on a feature similar to this in the past however it only works with dropdowns and the color is based on the dropdown value. We can look into implementing this fully in the near future.

    Regarding the 'Major' issue, it seems like it is having trouble connecting to the updates server. Could you PM me your protected/components/UpdaterBehavior.php? You might want to try running from the command line as well:

    The issue also might lie with PHP cURL itself, the following code (along with the above command) should help determine where the issue lies:

    Regarding the 'Critical' message, this is a permissions issue. I believe you are trying to run this as root (root is usually given the id of 0). The update should complete successfully however all the updated files will then be owned by root which is not something you want necessarily. If you want to go this route then you will also want to make sure the files are owned by the web server after the update is run.

     

    Your session save path also does not seem to be writable meaning PHP will not be able to save it's session files to the location specified by the session.save_path() (this shouldn't affect the install but you may not be able to log in after the install). Make sure the location is writable by the web server, you can usually change the directory by updating the proper php.ini file.

    You will need to update the database and the `x2_fields` table in particular. You will need to change the `readonly` attribute of `workflowId` and `stageNumber` to 0. The following should then work:

    I believe this is possible to do via the API. You will need to set the 'workflowId' field (this fieldname is a misnomer, it is actually the ID of the Process you would like the record to be on) and the 'stageNumber' (this is the number of the stage  of the process you would like the record to be on). Everything else should be straightforward such as the 'associationType', 'associationId' and 'createDate' fields.

    Note for sales quotes after updating to 8.0
    With the new quote creator changes, quotes appear differently. Quotes already stored in the database will still have comments for line items, but will not be seen on the view/update/print pages. In order to make sure comments show properly, you will need to run the FixOldQuotesCommand command. To do this, navigate to your application directory and then to the protected/ directory. Then run ./yiic fixoldquotes to move all line items' comments to it's own line item.

  9. I believe this is an issue with the dummy data (for a dummy default workflow). If you need the dummy data, you should be able to just delete that line from the dummy_data.sql (the line number should be 81).

     

    Regarding the mcrypt and openssl library error, it will show if either the openssl or mycrypt library is missing. mycrypt was removed completely from PHP 7.2 so you may not have it installed. You can safely ignore that error (just make sure you have openssl installed). We will update this error message in the next release so that it is not confusing.

  10. Any ideas on how to fix? Permission or path problem? 

    Email is broken.

     

    Your config directory may not have the proper permissions. Can you verify that the directory exists, that it has web-server write permissions and that the following files exist in that directory:

     

    encryption.iv  encryption.key

  11. It sounds like there may be an authentication error. This can be due to a few reasons. Are you using the base64 encoded of {username:APIKey}? If so then the issue may be related to your hosting. If you are on a shared web host then you may need to add/modify your .htaccess file with the following contents:

    # Allows PHP to moderate HTTP Basic authorization in CGI/FCGI so that the REST
    # API's authentication method can work in shared hosting environments
    RewriteCond %{HTTP:Authorization} .

  12. We have a sad announcement this afternoon regarding a very special user here. Atilla, who was with us since June of 2017 passed away this month. On behalf of X2CRM I would like to send his family and friends our condolences and to Atilla personally, our appreciation for all the hard work he put on this forum. Without Atilla, X2CRM would not be where we are today and we want to again thank Atilla for all the effort he put into this forum. Thank you Atilla, and may you rest in peace.
