  1. Hi Derek, thank you for your reply! i've haven't explained myself very well, I'm the troubled user: created a username with regular privileges to test the environment. The link is the same as in administration panel, only the outcome is different. Admin is able to see and edit, user is able to edit, not see. I've found a post with the same issue but the solution did not apply (it was a patch to an earlier version) =( also, this problem does not happen in localhost, only in web server, it's probably a php server version compatibility..
  2. Hi! i've recently discovered that a user (any user created by admin) is not able to view the contact information. He/she's able to edit it, but when an opening attempt is made, the result is: Send Error ReportHere's a quick list of what will be included in the report: Error Code: 404 Error Message: Unable to resolve the request "contacts/id/index". Stack Trace: [click to toggle display] #0 /var/www/vhosts/URL/framework/web/CWebApplication.php(141): CWebApplication->runController('contacts/id/ind...') #1 /var/www/vhosts/URL/framework/base/CApplication.php(180): CWebApplication->proc
  3. Hi Raymond, thank you for your fast reply. i'm going to address this issue to the host provider (i'm not even able to access the Apache configuration to do these attempts). You shed some light in this matter, thank you! best wishes, Joana
  4. Hi, i'm new here and i've done a search through the topics, but i wasn't able to find an user with the same issues - in any case, apologizes if this is a duplicated matter. My installed X2 Engine version 4.3, after a while working with no problems in the platform, stops loading, and returns 500 internal error. I've checked the server log, and the error alternates between: Premature end of script headers: index.php and the warning: mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper do you have any clue of why this is happening? any thought would
