  1. Ok, I thought to try one more step, I changed TLS to SSL for port 993 worked perfectly. Thought I'd share here for anyone who has had trouble finding the correct settings for Godaddy when using the X2CRM on another host and using an email on that other host. So correct settings for an FYI are: Smtp: smtpout.secureserver.net Port: 80 Security: None IMAP: imap.secureserver.net Port: 993 Security: SSL

  2. Hello, I was seeing this issue also. For me, I was seeing 2 copies in my Sent folders but as it turns out only 1 was actually being sent. After some testing, I found that EMail -> Configure My Inbox had a setting Copy to Sent Folder. Once this was disabled, problem solved.

  3. We have a sad announcement this afternoon regarding a very special user here. Atilla, who was with us since June of 2017 passed away this month. On behalf of X2CRM I would like to send his family and friends our condolences and to Atilla personally, our appreciation for all the hard work he put on this forum.
